How did we get started?

Established in 2020, amidst a global pandemic, a group of construction and real estate professionals found an opportunity in the industry that allows them to serve long term clients no matter what the request. 

PMco was born with the ultimate goal of being the only call someone needs to make when it comes to their property. 

PMco has the ability to find new locations, lease vacancies, facilitate construction, manage properties, and look after any maintenance calls their clients may have.
