Craig Duininck

VP of Operations & Co-Founder

Craig is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with his executive certificate in Real Estate Development & Management as well as an Honours Degree in Entrepreneurship. Craig has worked from Winnipeg to Halifax in his real estate career, and now oversees our property management portfolio here at PMco.

Cindy MacDonald

Director of Real Estate

Cindy has completed Business Studies at the New Brunswick Community College and Project Management at Saint Mary’s University. She has over 20 years in retail property management & development. Portfolios include Loblaw, Ontario Pension Fund, Plaza Developments and Centrecorp.

Shona Chaisson

Project Administrator

Shona has over 20 years of organizational management experience across many sectors including not-for-profit, construction and services. Her primary skill set is in her process management, innovations and improvement.

Stephanie Peskett

Financial Controller

Stephanie is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a double-major in Accounting and Finance. She also brings over 16 years of property management & real estate experience to the table.

Alyssa MacEachern

Finance Coordinator

A recent graduate of Acadia University, Alyssa majored in Accounting and has plans to move into Property Management. An avid horsewoman, Alyssa learned to ride a horse before she could walk.

Kevin Grant

Senior Operations Manager

Kevin background is based in operations management with his most recent gig being the Operations Manager for Truro Mall. He has been working in operations with various companies since 1995 and brings a wealth of experience to the team!

Tracey Peters

Property Administrator

Tracey has a background in property administration as well as hospitality and is bringing her energy to the table as a Property Administrator at PMco. She is a hard workers with a passion for travel and has visited over 32 countries around the globe! She is a great new addition and asset to the team.

Emma King

Project Coordinator

Emma recently joined on with the PMco team as a Project Coordinator and comes from having 2+ years in project coordination as well as retail and retail management. She is an adventurer at heart and loves being outdoors!

Lee Smith

Project Manager

Lee is a dedicated, results-focused, and self-motivated electrical engineering professional with over 20 years of professional experience in the field, continually striving for personal and professional development. Having worked on numerous large-scale projects, he has developed a vast range of technical, leadership, and organizational skills that have enabled him to support his teams in delivering exceptional results.

Lee had recently transitioned into a site Superintendent role where he garnished even more hands-on technical experience as it applies directly to construction. Since then, Lee has been trained in Estimating and has made the pivot the Project Management and has become an integral part of the project management team at rcs. Lee values transparency and reliability in the workplace and prides himself on being a conscientious and dependable colleague. I try to keep up with technological and innovative advancements, as well as the steps being taken towards securing a greener future.

Lee is a proud 10 year British army veteran and when he is not in the office, he enjoys watching rugby since his knees won’t allow him to play the sport anymore. You can also see Lee out and about with his two big husky dogs!
